To all the Men I loved .... before

Life indeed is full of surprises. 8 years ago, when I met this man I never thought I could end up happily married to him. I give all the credit to my ever faithful and loving husband.

All my life I never consider myself faithful. I find comfort in not being faithful in our long distance relationship. For me it helps a lot to meet other people who in one way or another gave spices to my journey. These people gave me sense or direction. Somehow they helped me realize what true love is.

Here are some people whom I would like to say thank you to, (suppose to be before the wedding) but never had a chance. I hope they could read this one. Guys, you know who you are….

First, Thanks to Mr. D.A.R.E., “the campus crush”. It was so youthful and vibrant to be with you. Although I admit, I know from the very start I was just playing games with you. I’m sorry I caused you too much pain. But now I wish you all the happiness life could ever bring. To your gf: Take care of him Giselle. Your man is so innocuous, so kind. Let him feel loved and you will live like a queen for life.
Thanks to Mr. Nautical. You made me realize how to suffer in deep pain when hurt, failed and crushed by someone your really love.
Thanks to Mr. Manager. Haha! With you, I was almost caught cheating. Almost!! I know you were sincere Mr. Manager but there were just pieces of your personality that I don’t like. Sometimes I think what would life be like if I married you and I know you do too right?
Thanks to Mr. Sun Cellular. The funny innocent guy who knew nothing but to impress me in most unexpected way. It was so romantic and stimulating knowing everyone in CIE is soooooooo jealous of me to have boyfriend so drop-dead gorgeous as you.
Thanks to Mr. Politician and Mr. Businessman. These two are inseparable. It was more than enjoyable to be with you. The time I met you my life turned into an entertainment. I get to know Cebu, I get to know people of class “A” and learn how to be one of them =). I get to enjoy life at its fullest. No regret! Thank you and I hope we meet again.
Ahhhh… Thanks to Mr. Classmate. Another campus crush and the universal sibling crush. Haha! Yes! He is my sister’s crush and it does make things more exciting. It’s just that you were so late to come. Where were you before?
Last but not the least, Thank you to Mr. Traveler. The most craziest person I know. You gave me a lot of pleasurable and unpleasant moments. Although I forced myself to remember only the good and happy ones, but it’s difficult and impossible. But I would rather say thank you in spite and despite because without you, I probably would not realize how I wasted too much time in my life. Because of you I realized God is giving me another chance in life to correct my mistakes and mishaps. I realize it’s time to change the course of my life. And you, You gave me a lot of things that I could never have in my entire life. Thank you so much!

Thank you all for your love, for your care, and most of all thank you for your companionship. And finally! Thanks to Mr. Right. My loving husband. You are just so wonderful. Everything about you is just so right. Being with you is so magical. If I could describe you in 2 words I would say: “Simply Amazing.” I would like to quote what one prominent principal sponsor said in her speech during our wedding “Debby is so lucky to have Mark”. –lightning strike me when I heard that and I want you to know that for as long as I live I will forever thank the Lord for giving me such a beautiful person inside and out. God bless our relationship. cheers to a good life ahead as husband and wife!
